SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days, unless indicated otherwise in the description. Longer times apply to custom-made diploma frames and some framed sports pictures. We maintain a large inventory of the other items to insure prompt and efficient service and we update our website often to reflect current inventories. If you require an order quickly, please contact us at 240-994-6729 before placing the order. We will try to fulfill your request.

We use UPS and FedEx to ship most of our sports posters and prints from Ohio to locations in the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, framed sports pictures cannot be shipped outside the Continental United States. Transit times vary between one and five business days. Please refer to the following map as a guideline:

Diploma frames are shipped from California by UPS anywhere in the U.S. and USPS for APO and international addresses. Transit times vary between one and six business days. Please refer to the following map as a guideline:

Ground shipping rates for locations in the Continental U.S. are $5.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item. Or less for limited time promotions...
Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are $65.00 for the first item and $32.50 for each additional item.
Shipping rates to Canada are $100.00 for the first item and $40.00 for each additional item. This price includes shipping, brokerage fees and sales taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees at the time of delivery.
We only ship diploma frames using USPS. The cost for international destinations are $100.00 for the first item and $50.00 for each additional item. APO addresses are the same price as Alaska.
